Commenting on the award, Managing Director Tracy Carroll said: “We are extremely proud that our pledge to creating a healthy work environment at Planet Frugi has been recognised. It’s our employees that have made Frugi the huge success that it is today, so ensuring they are happy at work is very important to us. We have lots of lovely activities planned for our staff this year including massages, mindfulness sessions, afternoon wildlife walks, picnics and even surfing lessons, so we hope that all our employees will agree that Frugi is a truly lovely place to work!”

Adding to this Lucy Jewson, co-founder of Frugi said: “Winning the company award is a great achievement, but for Tracy to have also been named Health Champion of the year is just brilliant. Tracy leads from the front and is an example to us all of how to instil positive team spirt and a nurturing workplace. A deserved winner, she encourages participation from all staff and works tirelessly to fundraise and support our charity campaigns. She truly wants the best for the Frugi team and we couldn’t put our healthy workplace initiates into place without her dedication.”
