From bump to breastfeeding, baby and beyond, mums-to-be and new mums can join in the Frugi fun with the latest collection from Frugi Bloom, a maternity and breastfeeding range made from sumptuously soft and comfortable organic cotton fabrics.
Inspired by the season’s design theme, the stunning Isles of Scilly, the new collection has been created with pregnancy and breastfeeding needs front of mind, combining easy-feeding features, with absolutely no compromise on style, look or fit.
Frugi’s Lead Designer, Jeni Boulton, says: “We wanted mums-to-be and new mums to join in the Frugi fun but with practical and multi functioning designs. There’s also lots of opportunities to twin with little ones in matching styles, including our new brightly coloured striped swimsuits and Puffin print wraparound style dress.
New for this season, Frugi is also using a new sustainable and ethically produced material, Modal fabric. This is a lightweight fabric that provides a flattering style as seen in the new Draped Modal Top. The fabric consists of 60 per cent organic cotton and 40 per cent Modal fabric, which is twice as soft as organic cotton, ideal to create a draping effect, seen in the Draped Modal Top.
The first ever Frugi Bloom swimming costumes are made from Oeko-Tex approved fabric and include a three-way strap design with flattering ruched side panels.
Two new Border Print Smock Dresses, featuring sailing boats or cactuses, flow over beautiful bumps to offer a light and floaty outfit for summer days. The brand new Modal Top is now available in a flattering design that effortlessly drapes over the bump and can easily be moved to one side for easy access feeding.
The Jersey Jumpsuit returns in a green floral print, as well as the Summer Tie Dress, which is back this season in three new prints, including the immensely popular Paddling Puffins, so mums can twin with their little ones.
For bedtime mums will love the Breastfeeding Nightie, which features clipped straps for easy feeding, with under panel pockets for breast pads.
Classic features such as cross over necklines, secret layers and subtle buttoning are still very much present. Core garments have been cleverly designed to support mums whilst breastfeeding, allowing them to nurse in comfort and with ease wherever they are.
